Why people compare "the lowest paid worker" to a CEO I will never understand.

The CEO could do the worker's work, but the worker could not do the CEO's job.

Get over it.
If you can not appreciate the depth of knowledge needed to manage the complexities involved with a very large business it is easy to discount the value of the CEO

Jamie Dimon is almost wholly responsible for the incredible growth of JPMorgan Chase . He is *UNDERPAID* his true value to JPMorgan! Stop with the mindless envy...Envy is for children. Experiencing envy from a grown up is repulsive.

1. Why then would the spouse be entitled to receive a survivor benefit?

2. The law was later changed to avoid this situation. That change would not be necessary if the situation did not occur.

Unfortunately for her, this is one of those cases that made the later law desirable.
Ill have to research any of the changes made, tax wise or policy wise at places I have worked to see if any of them would have helped if I had stayed, that legal theory could be a great boost to my financial heath

Default class envy = hate

My bro-in-law constantly complaining about CEOs making too much money.
Football addict has no problem with players making more than most CEOs.

If I don't like what they're paying their CEO, I sell my stock and/or use another service/product.

Likely true, but completely irrelevant to the case.
