78% of those who die from Covid are obese. The fat genes are being removed from the human population per natural selection according to Darwin. Maybe the stupid genes too although I think most of Congress is vaccinated. You can’t fool Mother Nature.

Maybe not all masks but here’s the latest mask guidance and the ordinary cloth mask as Fauci said last year is not very effective because the virus can pass through it except for sneezes or cough droplets. We are thinking of K95 just in case.

Michael Osterholm, director for the Center for Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, told CNN this week that people should upgrade from their cloth masks and bandanas to more heavy-duty masks — like N95s and K-N95s.

“We need to talk about better masking. We need to talk about N-95 respirators, which would do a lot for both people who are not yet vaccinated or not previously infected,” Osterholm told CNN. “Protecting them as well as keeping others who might become infected having been vaccinated from breathing out the virus.”
Osterholm said he has had issues with how masking has gone in the United States because people have not taken the best masks — like N95s — as seriously as cloth masks, according to The Hill.

Looks like it doesn't matter if approved or not....ineffective the fauci is going off vaciines onto antivirals which don't work but he has some brewing in the lab and yes they are also patented.

Osterholm is the same guy who predicted 75,000 dead in Minnesota by I believe the end of 2020, as well as overflowing hospitals with people banging the doors begging for admission.

He was off by a factor of ten on his body count, and 21 hospitals and clinics in the Minneapolis - St. Paul metro alone had to close because of low usage.

I've seen videos using infra red cameras of respiratory aerosols and the containment that a cloth or disposable mask offers. They are not perfect by any means but they contain thousands of those minuscule virus particles that are trapped in the aerosols. Thousands of those virus particles are trapped in the masks are better than none.

Cloth and those disposable masks are not designed for protection. We were always told they are not protective and if anyone does not know that by now, they have not been listening. Those masks are designed for source control and for those masks to be effective, everyone wears a mask. Your mask protects me and my mask protects you. THAT is why masks should be mandated in schools for children who can not be vaccinated yet. There should be absolutely no debate about that.

I agree but I am more interested in protecting myself from those who don’t wear masks. As you said you got vaccinated to protect yourself mainly. K95 masks are available now on Amazon reasonably priced so I am going to order some as a precaution for the future.

I know you were concerned about unvaxxed being Qanon hillbillies and I tend to agree but what do you think about the new video from the administration to convince them to get vaccinated? It shows a guy in a skirt with long fingernails, fluffy hair prancing around the WH talking with Jen in a girlie voice. Do you think it will convince the hillbillies to get vaccinated?
