Better solution
 

The obvious solution is to give handguns to all black people. We are always told, the best solution to a bad guy with a gun, is a good guy with a gun. When all the citizens are armed, gun violence will surely end.

I grew up in Chicago, and it has been
one party rule for decades, and the killing
has also been going on for decades.
I can recall driving into Chicago for work on Monday mornings and while listening to my radio, a newscaster would state there were 6 plus shooting deaths over the weekend, and this was in the early 80’s and it still goes on!
If BLM would address Black on Black violence in the cities where it is occurring,
they might be more credible!

Weird thing is Chicago voters don’t seem to care!
They voted for this incompetence

I find it interesting that in several of the posts, we get the same mantra that by defunding the police we are making them better. By defunding the police we are using the money for social services, etc. Why defund the police at all? If you need money for Social Services, then just budget for it. Isn't that the liberal way? Since when did they suddenly get frugal? On either side. Hey, if we don't have enough money, we just print more. Isn't that the American way?

No, when they said "defund the police" we all know exactly what they meant. They really want to minimize the police presence and the effect of law enforcement. Even the BLM cretins call for the police when those big meanie bikers set up on them and chased them out of town. If you tie the police hands then you create a vacuum that will be filled with vigilantes and militia. The police have rules they must conform to, whereas vigilantes not so much.

So much for the strictest gun control laws in the country.

Perfect case study for tight gun control and related results.

How do you defund the police dept. yet send them on all the calls they would go to anyway. Oh... and then add a social worker to the equation.

Not only be more credible, but actually addressing an issue that goes to the core of black murders in the U.S.
BLM is tending to a knee scrape in a car accident, when the other 3 people in the car have either life threatening injuries or are on life support.
