25 years, slap on the wrist? Did read an article which stated that most of the victims will get their money back. This was a quick, arrest, indictment and trial. In meantime we have an ex pres who is facing 91 indictments and still free and only 1 case is close to going to trial.

I read article where most will NOT get their money back lucky to get 10 cents on dollar. Cause somebody charged don’t mean they’re guilty yet.

Yes and we have a sitting Pres that took bribes while in office as vp and yet here we sit. As always one only see what they want to.

I read most of the comments about this guy. I retired from Bureau of Prisons in 2015. At one point I worked at the Designation Center in Grand Prairie, TX.
He will be placed in either a "Low" or a "Medium" based the review of the inmate's criminal history. Chances are he will not be designated to Coleman. Also he will serve 85% of his sentence based on "Good Conduct Time". This is given to all inmates serving 1year and 1 day.

And now they are after his parents. Somehow, on a combined $200,000 yearly income, they managed to pay cash for a $16,000,000 house in The Bahamas. Gotta think at least a few dollars of that came from the fraud commited by their little snowflake.

I would think that they all will have their financial activities under a microscope for the rest of their lives, will have to give very detailed depositions , if caught in a lie its back to prison, seizure of assets

If the sentence holds up on appeal, he won't serve 10 years. He will serve much more than that. Likely 15 to 18 years. It's Federal Prison and not hard to figure out the minimum time a person will serve after all the potential sentence reductions are applied.
