Default There is no way to end police brutality...

any more than there's a way to stop bullying, stealing, murder...etc., etc., etc...there will always be people who take advantage of the system and those who obey the laws.

You may not like it, but saying you can change human nature without labotomizing most everyone is ignoring the truth about people. Some are bad...always will be...most are pretty good.

Deal!

All of these incidents start because the person detained gives "ATTITUDE". Police are not out to hold court in the street. Tell it to the judge. You get back what you put out. If its yes sir, no sir, nobody is going to bust your head. You may have a valid case but if you try and adjudicate it in the street, you just might not like what happens. If you have been mishandled by the police its because of something you did, not them. You gave them the excuse. That police officer may be way off base but YOU will not be able to change him or her. Bite your tongue and take it to court. You give a bad person an excuse to bust your head, you're getting you're head busted. If he calls for backup because of something you are doing, your elevator don't go to the top. Yes, he also may have a bias as to race. Get over it. Be smart not stupid. Take it to court. If your on drugs and you get caught, guess what, your in trouble and struggling against it just may get you hurt. There are bad people in this world. A small percentage of them may just wear a blue uniform. 99.9% are good people.

But it feels so good to stand up for the little guy and tell people they are racists.

I think it is time to consider not measuring EVERYTHING with the racism/race card yard stick.

Where it is due have at it.

The special interest groups are becoming more and more successful with each passing day at dismantling the fabric that makes up America.

Don't know why people feel the urge to basically try shooting themselves in the foot but they do.
