Default Broken window latches that keep window from tipping out

Anybody know where to find the little latches that keep the windows from tipping out in a designer home. Not the window locks, but the two side latches. They are held on with two screws and have a little spring and slider mechanism. The ends that lock into the casement are plastic and break very easily.

Thanks. While I was posting this, my wife called Warranty (2008 home) and got the name of the window company that installed our windows. She called and they are sending 3 sets at no charge. Easy.
