HAS ANYONE INSTALLED A MINT SPLIT UNIT IN THERE GARAGE. COST ?

The Mitsubishi unit is $8,250 installed. Too rich for my blood, so I installed the free standing unit that vents through a 4" tube and vented it through a window. It can't be seen from the outside.
