But, still have to have way to suck water or drain it and refill with washer fluid.

every time I fil up the gas tank, I clean the windows. Each year, when I get the war wagon inspected, they flush and clean the washer tank. They also add new washer fluid.

It would be a good time to change out the blinker fluid when tackling this project.

If you have white coagulated floating things in there, it's just water, no fluid was ever added.
Just my guess. |

I change out my blinker fluid every six months. Never had a blinker problem.

Used to buy a gallon of washer fluid good to 20 below for a buck up north. Never had a problem. Maybe because I had to use it all the time getting salt off the windshield. In the summer I would just fill it with water.

Guess we drive too much, every oil change, or service, all fluids are topped off. When we drive to Disney I spritz the window before we leave, after we get there. But with a 7 year bumper to bumper warranty, it would be free to fix or replace. This trade in new car will not be gas, and maybe drive lot less when We finally sell North.

I would think anybody owning RV would be savvy on fluids condition? But, maybe not….

Settled at bottom. Where most can’t see or even look, especially mine can’t even see the tank without removing the fender well splash panel. I’m pretty anal when it comes to my vehicle’s, especially when I owned GM and Chrysler product’s.. my Honda 10 years old and I’ve changed the transmission fluid, power steering fluid, anti-freeze, brake fluid, wiper fluid, twice, and religiously oil, cabin and air filter. Oil especially it got VVT or turbo. Yes, I even cleaned overflown tank from the radiator. Last edited by Topspinmo; 06-18-2022 at 09:02 AM. |
