Default Screening off furnace air handler in laundry room

We purchased an At Ease model with the air handling unit in the laundry room. Has anyone screened theirs off to hide the unit?

No. But I've been thinking about doing something like that too. Be sure to share some pictures to let us know how it turns out!

I have seen some with louvered closet doors.

The friends of ours who did this did it themselves. I know they framed it.. used a little sheet rock and louver doors. Sorry I'm not a lot of help but just confirming that it can be done and looks very nice. Maybe your neighbors can recommend a good handyman for the job.
