Unhappy Stained Vinyl Fence

Can anyone recommend a good product to clean the stains left by the water from the lawn sprinklers on vinyl fencing?

There is a product called Whink Rust and Stain Remover. I usually can get it at Publix in a brown plastic bottle. It can be found around the silver polish, etc. It does a great job of removing rust.

There is a product called snowcap. You can get it at Ace Hardware. It works great! Mix it with water and spray it on. You don't have to rub or anything. Rust comes right off
