I have been speaking with Swisstrax regarding their flooring systems for our garage and they claim they have sold their products to lots of residents in TV.
If you have installed their product I would be grateful for a review.
I have read all the sales blurb and watched all the vidoes but nothing beats a homeowners comments.

I would seal the concrete first. Those type of floors allow water and dirt through and it will stain the concrete oner time.

I considered using Swisstrax flooring but the one problem that I see is that water and dirt go through and sit on the concrete. There is not way to clean it without removing the floor. I agree with the prior post if you do go that route be sure to put a good sealer on the concrete first.

Good luck. My experience with that type of flooring went badly in a couple of ways. First of all the tiles expand and contract with temperature changes. That issue is mainly cosmetic, but annoying just the same.
The other problem is more important. When you drive your car into the garage in a storm, water seeps under the "tiles". Over time (short) the result is mold. Lots of black mold. If you are Jay Leno, you do not drive wet cars into the garage so you do not have this problem.
But we mere mortals cannot schedule our garage openings that well. I loved the look when I put them in my garage, but soon regretted doing so.
Just my experience...Others may not have had same problems.
