Default Cleaning Blinds ?

What is a good way to clean the ubiquitous 2" horizontal blinds?

The easiest and quickest way is to unfasten blinds from the top bar and take them in the yard. Lay them out flat on the ground and hose them down and wash with a soapy rag. As you are washing make sure to separate blinds. Turn over and repeat process. After washing let them lay in the sun for a few hours to dry.

I have always used an old sock over my hand; rub the sock-covered hand over both sides of the blind slat and you are done! This method does not take any liquid; no drying!

I have a few hand held blind cleaners that look like this:

I have seen them at Walmart; Bed, Bath, and Beyond, and Lowes. I am sure they are available other places also.
