Default Churchill

There have been a few golfers on these forums complaining about executive course conditions. In fact , one asked for a suggestion for a course worth playing.

Well ? Here you go, Churchill Executive ! This course is as close to being pristine as you can possibly get.

Since their “makeover” , the maintenance crew has been doing a great job keeping this course in great shape.

From tee to green , everything is nice and plush and not over mowed as we see in other courses.

All of the greens are in beautiful shape, medium-fast pace and just a hint : try not to be above the hole on these greens . Your delicate putt will be hard to stop near the hole ! 🤣. The collar around the greens are defined and allow you a good chance for a decent chip ….

Tee boxes are plush and level and the fairways are in good shape and not the “hard pan” over-mowed BS !!

Course gets an EXCELLENT rating , an A+

All of the Executives are being renovated CORRECTLY and will all be in great shape in the next few years when they have completed them all. People can complain but when they go to these renovated courses and still complain, they are probably just having a bad round!

Don’t play turtlemound then. My group played recently and we love the course and how much improvement has been made

I ALWAYS have a bad round, but never complain about that.
However, when I play on a newly renovated course and the greens are as bad as they were before the renovation, I complain.
