Nice course with plenty of challenges.

The greens were <mostly> in great condition despite the large quilt work of discoloration. They were slow but the pin placements were fair in location. Most greens had <some> collar around them which gave a fair chance to have a decent chip.

Tee boxes were a mix of “very good” to “just ok” .

Fairways in good shape nice and green for the most part. The “rough” is cut way too low as in most cases. Makes it difficult to tell where the fairways ended and roughs began .

Overall, the course deserves a solid B rating …

Just played it and disagree. Greens were good but slow. Tee boxes were generally bad, fairways were fair at best, chipping around the greens was chipping on concrete.

C- At best.
