Hi:
I've been using Pureology shampoo and conditioner for years. The stuff is really expensive but came to my rescue when my hair was breaking off due to a bad dye job. I kind of got hooked on it, but was biting the bullet on the price because I liked it so much. Now they have changed the formula and I have found that Pantene is just as good for about 1/3 of the price. Anyone else have a similar experience? |

Not familiar with Pureology, but many years ago....about 1972-74, I used Pantene. It had a fancier name, something like shampoo de pantene, and it was very expensive and only available in high end department stores. It was fabulous!! You actually mixed the conditioner with water and poured it over your hair like we used to do with Tame (anybody remember that?). Then, I guess to appeal to the mass market, they changed it to be more like a regular shampoo and conditioner and lowered the price. It became available at big box stores and groceries.
Pantene is still a fine product, but I sure miss the old stuff! |
