Looking for someone who gives a good curly spiral perm? Was told by a stylist in Cocoa Beach that no one gives sprirals in Florida because of the humidity but I don't believe that. She told me to go north. I know there is a stylist somewhere, just don't know where to look. Thanks for your help. Nancy
