Actually, I ride the statioary bike verrrrry slowly, while I watch Judge Judy on the TV with the earpiece on, 5 minutes on the treadmill with an incline, then do one or two half-laps in the heated swimming pool and then soak in the hot-tub-spa and socialize with friends. Afterwards I stroll downtown Grants Pass (if it's not frozen) have lunch with a friend or alone, and visit all the Thrift Shops; My kind of fun ;D

Oh Yes, I had a joy chair. Hubby bought it for me for christmas a few years ago, but I gave it to my daughter-in-law when she became PG with our first grandbaby. Needless to say, I have never seen it again!!!

I unpacked all by two of the remaining boxes from the BIG move, so my dear wonderful hubby would finally shut the :edit: up about them! ahhhhhhhhh I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.

For myself today, I've fiddled with my plants outside.
Always relaxing to me. It's quiet except for the birds.
And allows my mind to really wander.

I had a great day today.

I watered the shrubs we recently moved and turned on the dishwasher after breakfast.
Went to get the mail, checked out TOTV, ate lunch. Went to Yoga at Savahnnah returned
and......

then I sat down with the latest Dorathea Benton Frank novel........Bulls Island .........and read all afternoon.

Just a lovely day in TV.

I went off my diet and loved every bite of doing it...

Had a small, one bite square of Dove chocolate...but took itty bitty bites to savor and extend the ecstasy of my weakness.

I was in heaven!

mmmm DOVE dark chocolate is my favorite, now I may have to run out and get a bag. Just the words "DOVE CHOCOLATE" and I go crazy...To heck with belly dancing, I am going to paradise pool tomorrow....so.....can we get together tomorrow at paradise pool for an hour or two, anyone?? I am planning ahead for some ME time!

Today I got the obigatory oil change, so vetman would quit nagging about it. But, especially for me, I had a Cookie Dough Blast from Bruster's. OMG, they're heaven!

I do go into maniac mode when I get a sheet of bubble wrap, and yes it does relieve my stress but unfortunately it causes everyone around me stress hearing my constant POP POP POP POP!!! Another no win situation!
