Default Designer Homesites in the Sawgrass Grove Area
Designer homes are available in the Sawgrass Grove area, bordering the Village of Newell. Sawgrass Grove is located off of Meggison Rd. There are three recreation centers nearby. Currently, Franklin Recreation Center is under construction, but Homestead Recreation Center and Ezell Regional Recreation Complex are open. For golfers, Southern Oaks Championship Golf Course is nearby.

I understand completely but we chose an area that was already built up and did not have to wait for years for the amenities we like to enjoy now
