Yay! This will be where I deliver the 11-year-old Hunter Pro-C irrigation controller I recently replaced with a new Rachio 3 controller.

I've always wondered about the concept implied by the word "amnesty." Does this mean that I am somehow doing something illegal by having some old paint hanging around? That I need some amnesty for having done so? [broad smile]
