Are you really not aware that most do not have gatekeepers? It appears the number is closer to 80% (97 out of 120) that do not have a gatekeeper.

With the population shifts and the established Villages from years past, that the District is always reviewing driving trends and traffic thru the gates. I think that some of the gate houses south of 466A are more strategically placed closer to heavy traffic or major roadways.

Most people are not aware that each gate house that is staffed has “word maps” for the streets located behind or around their building.

For example, the Marsh Bend house has the word maps for all the New Villages on Meggison Road as well as Chitty Chatty and the other ones on Morse/Warm Springs

Also, the gate keepers are there to call in accidents and are CPR trained.
