What type of cart do you have?

There are LED headlights available now that are much brighter than the standard halogen lights, and also do have a bit of a wider "beam"

Your best bet for increasing your night vision, is to install auxiliary lighting. Normally, you can get brighter lights installed and aim them where you need. Just need to be sure they are not aimed to high, as to blind oncoming carts.
