Default Foam cushion back seat cart can’t replace

My 2010 Yamaha golf cart foam cushion of back part of seat fell out and I’m asking for help to restore. I am open to taking off old seat and replacing with whole new back part but would rather somehow glue cushion back on. Any ideas are appreciated.

You can occasionally buy new Yamaha bench seats for 50 to 75 bucks on this site. They are of no use to the owner when they upgrade to a better seat. I ended up giving mine away.

Every so often, The Village Discount Golf Carts give away the old seats when they refurbish the carts... THey usually have a big pile of them out back...
