Play them all, you will find they are all challenging.
Go to Golf The Villages to see the ratings of each course.

At least 3 times each -- so you can play from the black, gold and green tees. They're fun & challenging from all three.

Then you go back and play again and you find that they have moved the tees. I don't think I have ever played the same course twice and found the tees in the same place. Then..... they up and move the hole on you!

I think the prettiest are Heron and Pelican, with Pelican being the most challenging.
