I don't see replacing a 3 wood with a hybrid. lowest lofted hybrid that I know of it 15 degrees. The average 3 wood is 15 degrees. Because of the shorter, stiffer shaft, the 15 degree hybrid wouldn't go as far or as high as a three wood.

Most players wouldn't get a 15 degree hybrid off the ground.

The only irons that come in many new sets of clubs are the 7, 8, 9, and wedge.

If you really want a one-iron, it would most likely be a custom order.

Woods 3 and 5, (I drive with the 3, so no driver) and irons 3 to 9. plus various lofted wedges.
I drive an ICE car as well.
No Hybrids in my life at all.

Put a 3 wood in the bag. What's stopping you? Works great if you can't hit a driver straight on a par 4. or for me anything 170 or longer

Special ordered a Callaway 4 wood and put my 3 wood in the garage. One of the best golfing moves I ever made. My other favorite club is my Callaway 7 wood. Play Callaway irons with senior shafts. Carry two hybrids 5 and 7. Lately I’ve been trying a 9 and 11 wood a friend made for me. Putter is a Cleveland. As you age, most of us lose the ability to hit the long irons.

Listened to a podcast yesterday with a data analyst from Arccos. They now have more than 660 million shots in their database. First comparison was 4 iron, 4 hybrid, or 7 wood. The data shows For most golfers 7 wood worked the best, more accurate and longer shots (fewer misses). 4 hybrid came is second. Many tour pros are using 7 woods.
5 wood was preferred over 3 wood due to launch height and fewer misses.
Some pros occasionally use a 9 wood, Dustin Johnson for one.
If you are not familiar with Arccos golf google it.
