Sorry you are NOT correct, the one cart will be required to stay off fairway for that hole!

A political opinion does not define a person. In spite of the differences there’s a good chance you’ll have a nice outing together. There are plenty of non political things you may have in common. Even if not there are a multitude of other things to talk about.

The exceptions (as I have heard):

Some starters are very open and communicative, others jus point to the sign.

What have you heard??

and you know its coming.... an increase in Trail Fees for the privilege of not using your own cart.

I respectfully disagree. We see phone users holding up play every day. Most of the time is texting rather as opposed to talking on the phone. Or King of all delays using cell phones is FaceTime. Talking to the grand kids while on the course @ 125db. This should be punishable by capital punishment.

Cool Tony

Thought I was getting away from that micromanaging BS by moving here. Looks like somebody has too few real issues on the schedule.

A foursome will have maximum of four golf carts, with only two allowed on the fairways of par fours and fives, and none on the par threes, at the same time. Simple enough.

The people responsible for this stuff just need to get out of the way and let us enjoy playing golf without having to worry about who we have to ride with.

That's not a problem. Don't forget. No more spectators after November first unless they're walking. After returning to golf after my second knee replacement I will be walking the courses again so no more trail fees for riding in other peoples carts.

Was told the same thing today by a starter.

New: "Management" will be in the starter shacks next week to help enforce the new policy.

If a lefty and righty both hit a mediocre shot, they usually end up in the rough on exactly opposite sides of fairway.

Thank you.

You obviously never belonged to a Private Club, most of which prohibit cell phone use on the course and clubhouse.

It's a serious breach of etiquette. Do you really play golf or are you just a TV Hacker?
