Default Toot'n the "ole boy's" horn for him!

You might remember that the "ole boy's" claim to fame 4/10/10 was a sweet little "Double-Eagle" also known as an Albatross (The only one all year long in the Villages at Orange Blossom Hills CC on No. 1, well, today, on the same hole, HE HAD ANOTHER ALBATROSS....Can you believe it!!!!!......And the prize for such an outstanding accomplishment will be "Meatloaf" for dinner, his request! It takes so little to make him happy!

It says on the website Wikipedia that "The word 'albatross' is sometimes used metaphorically to mean a psychological burden that feels like a curse." Having to live up to two great accomplishments like that I imagine would be a curse!

Seriously, two thumbs up!

If he driving the green that consistently on par 4's, just maybe he is playing from the wrong tee? Even so a great feat none the less.

Ah, your right, how quick we forget. Must be the "to many birthdays" problem. But a par five in two with the second shot in the cup? Twice? You either drive the ball a long long way, or are very good with the second shot. Or more likely both. Congratulations. A great accomplishment.

I have played golf a lot and have never accomplished that. I have two hole in one's (par threes) and two eagles (one par four and one par five) and will probably never see another.

Congrats again and may you have another some day soon.

I have seen the "ole boy" mentioned here many times here for golf feats. I have personally never had an albatrosse, having two is amazing!! Pass along a high five from me!

I know nothing about golf, but even I understand this is quite an amazing accomplishment! Congrats (and I think meatloaf is a great choice for a celebration)!!!!
