as with any relatively new course that gets a ton of play it's taking some time for it to mature. Where the tee boxes were sometimes like cement(making putting a tee in the ground sometimes very difficult)they are getting easier to use....the greens are filling in quite well, but have small areas that need improvement....the single fairway(no.5/par4)is coming along nicely, but also has some sparse/bare spots...there are still many holes where the pin hole in the cups are still filling with sand making it impossible to set the pin fully into the hole...this is in part due to the greens not being compacted enough, people slamming the pin into the hole forcing the cup downward...this should sort itself out over time.

All-in-all it is getting better and was a lot more enjoyable to play than a few months ago...the rain has helped. It took under the allotted 1hr45min to play.
