I work sometimes till 6pm so it might be 6:30-6:45 till I could get to a coarse. With daylight now till 7:30 or later I could practice and get in 3-4 holes. My question is can you walk on and play without a tee time ? or trail fee for just a few holes ?

The last tee time is currently 7:00. I believe after that you can walk on and play a few holes without a trail fee. If you are actually walking you can reserve a tee time between 6:00 and 7:00 with no points. Even if you don't finish it is not a big deal since there are no points.
