The Greens were top dressed and I believe they must have rolled them.
Greens were running about 10.5 and the pin placements were challenging, to say the least. I saw a 3' lip out and roll more than 40' away. I'm not complaining, it's great to play fast greens, but these were tough. Now that I'm thinking about, Laurel Valley's pin placements were nasty. 6th hole was cut far-right side middle of the Green. Guy had about a 5' putt from the left ... just missed. Rolled off the Green, into the water. |

Sunday was close to 5 hours, Laurel to Riley. Riley is typically very slow on Sunday afternoons. A lot of "social golf", with folks listening to the music from Lake Sumter Landing, rather than paying attention to their golf. |

Afternoon groups always seem slower. Casual golfers don't seem to wake up early and head to the course, until afternoon.
