No , because it’s not allowed
to put a rake back in trap ( hazard ) only in grass around trap . Check it out .

You don't see players driving golf carts all over the fairways, close to the greens and traps on PGA tournaments on the TV either....The rakes are to be left in the traps perpendicular to the edge after your rake your footprints smooth (and others if necessary). If rakes were left on the grass sides, they'd be run over by golf carts, bent or broken, and you'd have less rakes for the trap. The also allow the cutting people to cut without having to stop and move rakes all the times. |
