Default Truman greens in terrible shape Feb 29, 2024

Add Truman to the list of Do Not Play. On the bright side the tee boxes were in relatively good shape!

Our group played Bacall today. Two temp greens and bad conditions on six others. The ninth green was perfect! Why was on green in great shape and the other eight were poor? Doesn’t make sense.

I heard they want to redo Amberwood. Why when there are so many in terrible condition that need attention?

Wish the Villages would put in more executive golf courses in the new areas they are building. I personally don’t want to play the same 5 executive courses by me over and over. So I go north to play more of a variety. That would also make less wear on each course.

I believe that is what most people down south do.

They are... IIRC, 5 more are currently being built or are on the schedule to be built in the net few years...

Yea, last week an ambassador at Amberwood told me that they had a group of 40 from below 44 played there the other day.

Well that’s OK.

Different districts. All of the courses near Amberwood are in good condition.
