I "think" that when is setting up their membership to TOTV, if they don't enter in their correct birth date, the system defaults to Jan. 1. We go through this every year. Sadly, some members really have birthday's on Jan 1 and we don't recognize them because its such a long list to go through. Admin? I hope this is correct. If not please let us know.
