We've used Village Airport Van in similar situations. Cost was about $35 (one way). Phone number is 352-241-2000.

If you decide to use Village Airport Van, call them and arrange for pickup. Then give your son their number - he has to call when he gets in and has his baggage, and they will tell him where to go. They will deliver him right to your door for $35.00.

We use the airport van-- cost is 35 dollars to pick up and then another 35 dollars to take him to the airport
