Moving help needed

We are moving on Sunday morning, July 1. The move is small - only a small pickup truck would be needed. From Springdale Courtyard Villa to a Spanish Springs Villa. We are unable to lift so need someone strong to help.

Any recommendations would be greatly appreciate.
