Default North Lake Presbytarian Church COOKBOOK

I recently moved out of state and thought I had brought a certain recipe with me that was in this cookbook. But apparently, I didn't.
If anyone has that cookbook - page 110 I believe - has a recipe for a no-cook Pineapple Sour Cream pie. I'd be most grateful if someone would copy that short receipe for me. It is delicious and easy, but when I try to duplicate from memory it just does not turn out. Thanks in advance.

I don't have the cookbook you are referencing but this is the recipe I use for Pineapple Pie and it's delicious.

PINEAPPLE SOUR CREAM PIE

1 pre-made graham cracker crust
1 16 oz. sour cream (regular or fat free)
1 large package instant vanilla Jell-O pudding
1 16 oz. can crushed pineapple (drained of liquid)

In bowl, blend sour cream and package of instant pudding mix (just the pudding mix, no milk). Once blended, add and blend in the drained crushed pineapple.
Place mixture in graham cracker crust and refrigerate for at least 2 or more hours before serving.

Thanks for your quick response. Sounds really good and I will give it a try.
Believe there was another ingredient in the recipe and I would still like to have the one from the cookbook if anyone out there has it.
