SMCI will be delisted from the Nasdaq AGAIN if the company cannot provide a remedial plan to regulators. SMCI was delisted over another accounting fraud that was discovered in 2018. People w/ history of fraud have a habit of doing it again.

Remember that in 2003 NVidia had to settle with the SEC for accounting fraud. .
