Is this a United Healthcare issue across the country or areas/states within the country? Are other health insurance plans not covering services or is it limited to United Healthcare? If limited to United Healthcare, why not change plans... Thus, the reason I feel unbiased studies would provide insight into the issues being discussed.

I find that comment reprehensible and disgusting. But I've noticed a certain segment of society promotes violence and vulgar language so maybe comments like this are a glimpse of what is to come and what is being taught in our schools. As my parents used to say, I'm glad I'm as old as I am.
