Has anyone in the villages gone to see the new models? The Holly looks great on paper. It is actually like the Bridgeport but changed around for the better. The price is $217,700 compared to the Bridgeport $234,000.

If you have seen it please give me your feedback her in Michigan.

The Villages website has a Holly listed for sale at 1793 Ashwood Run. The house is priced at $271,571. It is on a corner lot and includes a Golf Car Garage. Unfortunately no pictures are available. It might still be under construction.

The differences that I see with the Holly vs: the Bridgeport are as follows.

Bridgeport: Trey ceilings, extra half bath, rounded edges in dining room and bedroom.

Holly: Lower starting price, no jack and jill bathroom between bedrooms 2 and 3

I'm sure there are more but it's what I saw at a quick glance.
