Last week I had a sprinkler . geyser and went to my stash found a compatible nozzle and replaced in 5 minutes. Total cost was 86 Cents. Simple as changing a light bulb. My system has 41 Hunter sprinklers (30 popups - some from ground, others from risers)(11 in ground rotors). Got my learning thanks to Ace Hardware 15 years ago. Bought my stash from online sites (probably $40). Never had to call a sprinkler repair man. If you can plant a flower, you can fix most sprinklers)

Replacing a nozzle is easy and most homeowners should learn how to do it. But, if the sprinkler is broken underground, I want an irrigation contractor to repair it, especially if it requires gluing the pipe together.

My neighbor and I use and recommend ACI for our home irrigation system maintenance. They also have a quarterly visit program that gives us peace of mind. Very reasonably priced.
Ask for technician Ivan (who we use). Call 352-648-2783 office number. Great company!

I agree, ACI fixed one leak, then proposed $1,100 in additional changes. 🤷*♂️

Well, in my case, it was my very first problem. I had zero clue as to how they worked. Since then, I've replaced 2 other heads myself. But if I can't (or don't want to) fix it, I got a guy...

If it's any indication of how he drives, I would stay away from The Villages Irrigation LLC. He was flying up Buena Vista today approaching the rotary ( I was in the rotary) and I had to come to a complete stop in fear that he would run into me. Then he blasted his horn and gave me the middle finger. Certainly wouldn't do business with a company like this that is so disrespectful.
