Does anyone remember Pennysavers? I picked one up recently in an out-of-the-way place and was struck by the categories and placement of the classified ads. The first two read as follows:

"Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled." Matthew 5:6

GUN SHOP we have Smith & Wesson bodyguard 38's. Ruger LC9 Ruger LCR in 357 Ruger LCP. Stop In Or Give Us A Call (followed by name, address, phone number of shop).

Then, next to the column of classified ads appeared a display ad:

WANTED Guaranteed Highest CASH Prices Paid For Your:
Coins • Jewelry [Broken or Unbroken] • Gold Teeth • Sterling Flatware • Candlesticks • Sterling Tea Sets, Vases, Trays • Pocket Watches • Proof Sets & Mint Sets ANYTHING OF VALUE (and it goes on).

Gold teeth? Whose gold teeth? My own (which might be difficult to get out)? Or someone else's (which depending on circumstances might be easier)?

I don't know about anyone else, but I'm still laughing!
