I dont believe the stats about education. They have lowered the standards time and time again. It's not apples to apples.

Our worldwide ranking on education to more telling.

Grain of salt this guy (Steve Ballmer) re: bias. He, like Bill Gates and hundreds of others, push perspectives that they believe will be helpful or profitable to them in the future. Be wary of pontificators agendas! There is little to zero altruism here or most anywhere else for that matter.
