Fun Trivia Challenges

I finally won the FunTrivia Fantasy Knockout weekly game. There is little skill with this. It is mostly just luck and hoping your picks win their games over the week.

If I can do this, I am thinking that California Chrome might be our first Triple Crown in 36 years. Quite a lot more skill in picking the horses of course as there are so many variables that you have to work with in each race.

If you have not joined FunTrivia, give it a try. It is very hard to win the FunTrivia Fantasy Knockout even harder to pick all or even most of the winners each week. Only 2 people have won the 6 out of 7 Fantasy Knockout game. http://www.funtrivia.com/challenges.cfm?id=240&own=-1

These are Gold Member FunTrivia Badges though meaning that you pay $38 a year to become a Gold Member and do not have to see all the advertsing they have on their regular site.

I disagree. The only luck is if you do not get England/Australia categories.

Most of the questions require knowledge of the subject matter.

This is not the Trivia Knockout Games. It is predicting which players will come out on top at the end of the week in the 7 games of Knockout Trivia they highlight among the 120 or so Knockout rounds. If you really know the players extremely well then it does bring in a lot of knowledge. But, various players have bad weeks and some have very good ones. They do give you a blurb about the players in the highlighted games but the information is often not that helpful. It is kind of like Fantasy Football or Basketball.
