A small glass allows one to continually top it up thereby maintaining a frothy head on the beverage.

Default Frosted glass

Personally, I don't like large frosted glasses for drinking beer. I never drink beer that way at home. So, I have learned to specifically ask for a non-frosted, small glass instead of the large frosted type. I was just wondering if I am the only one who prefers to drink beer from a non-frosted glass.
Pouring a beer in a glass frosted or not dissipates the gas stored in the bottle or can and creates a “Head”.
That gas is going to escape the beer either in the glass or in your stomach.
You take your pick whether or not you want to feel bloated or not.

Sounds like a 20 cent beer at the VFW bar to me. So small there's no time for the beer to get warm because it's gone before you put the glass back down on the bar. Frosted giant mugs sound better

I can give you 3 bars in Brownwood alone...

Now, if you want a list of those that use frosted mugs, good luck. As I said there are a LOT of bars throughout FL...

I never said there were a lot that serve beer in frosted mugs...

Although I do remember getting one at one of the country clubs. For the life of me, I can't remember which one...
