For gardener/lawyer like relationships. Or pool boy/doctor.

Just when the relationship seems extremely unbalanced on one side or the other.

That does not fit with legal secretaries/paralegals though as some of them I have met know as much or more than some of the lawyers!!!

And some of the nurses deal a great deal better with their patients than many of the doctors.

Of course, maybe the gardener has a Philosophy MA from the University of the Sorbonne. Or has read enough to get one.
