Mine is a nice dish of Ziti with some meatballs cooked for hours in the sauce and kickin back watching and listening to a tribute to Neil Young or any old classic rocker.

Being with close friends, and enjoying each others company. Laughing and talking about one's problems, that you could only entrust, with close friends.

Eggpant parmesan with a cold beer sounds great. It's the Italian in me.

Off to make a meatball sandwich, with sauce on a portugese roll.
