I have gay/lesbian friends -- sort of-- here in the Villages and had some when I worked near San Francisco and probably some who were partially in the closet at the University of MN Law School. I liked them because they are nice and compassionate. Their being gay/lesbian had nothing to do with whether I liked them or not. It was how they treated other people as well as animals.
