Good morning, everyone. It's Friday, August 31st. The heat wave has lifted here and fall is right around the corner. Fall used to be my favorite time of year with the beautiful changing leaves and the crisp air, but anymore I see it as NOTHING more than a prelude to the dreaded winter months. So I'm off to work for the day and will probably come home exhausted. I'll check in when I get back, but no promises to K that I'll be awake to greet him tonight. Obviously last night didn't work out so well either. Hate to see K come home to NOTHING, but hopefully he sees our NOTHING lights on and realizes we gave it a shot at least. Can't express how appreciative I am (and I'm sure the rest of you are) that he takes time out of his busy day to check in with us and let us know he is okay. Have a safe day, K. Hopefully you will be home to Mrs K soon and your beloved couch - lol.

I hated fall almost as much as winter. The foliage was beautiful for a few weeks and then it left piles of dirty rotting leaves everywhere and dead looking trees. We always had someone come and rake them up Thanksgiving week because by then they were pretty much done. One year we got a big early snowstorm and it was just a mess. Then the dreaded winter came. I think that is why I don't like white because it reminds me of snow which is NOTHING I ever want to see again. No white walls or cabinets for me.

I NOTHING but feel your pain. Yesterday I sent several posts and Emails on this Ipad an phone and both were an epic failure. Just not built for dainty equipment, Mongo needs a big keyboard.

Car shopping for today NOTHING but delayed probably.

I was at a dealership all day getting my car serviced. It took awhile and while waiting I saw McCain and Franklin's services. I'm not one to call divine intervention but weren't the skies somewhat clear when McCains coffin was removed from the car, and didn't it pour going up the stars and clear again once it was in the rotunda. Please don't see this as me trying to be funny.

How about a blue tooth external keyboard? I think it would sync with your phone. I got lucky and bought one at goodwill for $4, practically nothing. That was in TV 3 years ago. I stopped at GW today because I was passing by. The store is not as orderly as it used to be and the prices seemed like they doubled. That's why I don't go anymore.

here's on with great reviews for $20----and it's backlit

It's universal so if you replace your phone this will still work. The laptop i use is not worth fixing. The keyboard went bad so I use an external one I got at GW too. The laptop does not have bluetooth so i use an old fashion wired one. It sits on my lap. Nothing goes to waste.
