Our hotel room wasn't ready when we checked in at noon so we took a walk over to the Opera House and Royal Botanical Gardens. Stopped and had a nice lunch/dinner at a sidewalk café. Just got back to the room. We have a high floor corner room with views of the harbor, the Harbor Bridge, the Opera House and the cruise ships. Someone was smiling down upon us when rooms were assigned..

I'm going to clean up and read for maybe five minutes before I fall asleep.

Tomorrow we're meeting with one of Mrs. K's cousins that lives here and probably let them give us the grand tour.

Hope you're all doing well.
So glad to hear you had a good flight. The international flights are a bit more comfortable than the domestic ones are. I remember that they had more room, more movies and more food. The worst flight we had was coming back from Gatwick with Delta. They had started packing people in and it was NOTHING but a long uncomfortable flight.

Glad thing went well on the trip K-Man and happy you took a minute to reach out. Just NOTHING but fight the feeling to stuff a Kangaroo in your suitcase when you depart. You may be able to keep the Roo on the PONDEROSA but would have to give it away when you move with us.

Connecticut has 1,461.

Pennsylvania clams 3,700.

North Carolina shows 713.

Iowa has a number I can remember with 422.

The great state of Texas has 510.

NOTHING for the 8:55 AM EST count for 3/09/2019 has 255, 365.

Just 5,55 views yesterday for the NOTHING thread. I guess Kenswing and others of us count a lot in the daily tallies. They have been away from NOTHING and I was a bit busy yesterday.

Covered Wagons, Cover My Mouf, Pull Up The Covers, Kick The Covers Off, Cover Charge, Cover the Point Spread, Car Covers, Cover Me, Cover The News, Less News To Cover If The Bridge Is Covered!

This one really has me. I can't wait to see what happens. I hope its something tasteful and NOTHING but functional. An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure? Is that the oldtimers saying?

I really believe that all of this concern for safety is because of my entire life was Safety Meeting after Safety meeting over Common Sense items but Common Sense didn't extend to all. Someone once said on TOTV'S Common Sense is not a Flower that Grows in Everyone's Garden.

Middle son back in Jersey NOTHING but in a Hospital with a blocked, impacted Colon or something like that. He can't go and we can't stop going. Go figure. He has always been healthy and watched what he eats but lately, he has been eating fried foods like he was going to jail tomorrow. (Like it was the Last Supper). Its rough being here when he's sick up there.

Who knows we may end up going in a couple of hours if the situation doesn't clear up. They have a hose in his nose or throat. I missed what I was told. I don't know what we're gonna do but I know I'm not giving the thing in the other end.

It would be easy to make jokes regarding this medical condition...but it is NOTHING to joke about.

I know, because my oldest had it happen...when he was just a toddler.

Sincerely wishing that your son gets well soon...very soon.
