Actually, you just did it! You used the word NOTHING in your reply. See, NOTHING to it.......

No other rules other than to insert a NOTHING somewhere in your post. Besides that we talk about anything and everything on here. Some of us probably spend way too much time doing NOTHING while others just stop by on occasion. If you want to bring something up for discussion, or impart information about something, or just want to join in on our discussions like you did, please feel free.

And some people stop by just to tell us to get a life.......you know who you are. We enjoy those posts too.

And almost NOTHING is off of limits on NOTHING. Like the Facebook private message I got from an actress/lawyer who lives in Paris. This was about more than NOTHING I hope.

She asked me if "they" could be part of my "thing". Or something like that.

I answered "Yes, of course".

Just wanted to get certain eyes on my Facebook page among other things.

Note that this is from almost three years ago.

The actress is in various Gerald Butler/Ryan Reynolds movies. I really like Reynolds' movies as well as those of his wife, Blake Lively. I had won the Outstanding Reader of French award in the late 1970s from the University of Nevada, Reno Foreign Languages Dep't but my French is very rusty.

And, no, I have not met the actress in question in person. That I know of anyway.

Boy, you're pretty darn good at the rules. I guess that's the law librarian in you. And now it looks like you have an assigned job here - keeper of the rule book.

But the bottom line is, even if you break the rule and someone calls a violation, NOTHING happens. That's the best part.

Or someone may even call the police.
