Good morning Sweet Nothings,

After limping along for the past 2 weeks, A/C finally crapped out. I was so overwhelmed with various doctor visits that I hadn't followed up. But when it stopped cooling altogether I called Chuck Farrell back. They came within hours. Said the system was "frozen". Turned it off and said they would be back the next morning. They came, added coolerant. They said we had a valve that probably should be replaced but since it cost between $350 and $400 they recommended that we wait until the next time we have a problem. (How is that for honesty)

It is now working fine and we are comfortably cool and, guess what they charged? $162.00. I couldn't be happier with them, as always. As my Norwegian father used to say: "FAIR AND SQUARE".

I guess that makes you NOTHING but a cool customer.. Glad you were able to get it fixed.

Thanks for stopping by. I think we all need to rest on that thought once in awhile and for some of us (that would be me) maybe on a daily basis. Certainly is the best way to keep NOTHING but an open mind in a conversation.

NOTHING but done at the Doctor. What a great person The Doctor is and Staff is equally Great. Mrs. Nucky just said that this is the first time she felt OLD. We had a good laugh. It is different to see her as the one who is lumped up and not me. I bought her a Bell to ring if she needs anything, as long as she doesn't use it we'll be just fine. I really love the OLD girl. Awww.......what a sweet post. You always keep us in stitches here even when you surely have a lot on your mind and it isn't funny stuff. But laughter certainly can be the best medicine when you have NOTHING else to fall back on at the time.

You might live to regret that bell.. I gave one to Mrs. K after a surgery that left her on bed rest for a month. I felt like NOTHING but a butler..

Well I do not know about NOTHING offending much of anyone.

Busy this morning talking to a guy from the Villages who was in The Amazing Race and finished 4th in one of its seasons with his wife. A friend who works at the Villages Regional Hospital who says that Shands is taking them over and a lady who used to take care of race horses here in Florida. Two of which that come from where she used to work won the Kentucky Derby the past five years. Or which won one of the races in the Triple Crown. Not sure about the details.
